可酸化凝固型堵漏技术的研究与应用

摘    要:胜利油田的工作液存在漏失难题,尤其是滨南采油厂滨四区沙四段及平方王构造带存在裂缝性漏失,常规的堵漏工艺和注水泥作业都不能解决,研制了一种新型的高效堵漏剂-可酸化凝固型堵漏剂,该堵漏剂由多种无机物与有机物组成,具有很强的酸溶率及封堵能力,室内对封堵率,抗压强度等参数进行了评价,并对比了油井水泥和可酸化凝固型堵漏剂在封堵体积,封堵深度,流变性能及承压能力等方面的差异,结果表明,该堵漏剂注入漏层后具有凝固强度高,凝固强度可调,凝固后体积不缩小等特点,。并易形成假塑性流体,滞流能力强,特别适合于高渗透及裂缝性地层的堵漏,可酸化凝固型堵水剂稠化快,固化慢,强度高,可酸化,封堵效果良好,概述了该堵漏剂在胜利油田滨193区块各种类型井中的应用情况,在现场16口井的应用证明,该堵漏剂安全系数高,可操作性强,成功地解决了裂缝性地层的严重漏失问题,减少了井下复杂情况的发生,缩短了建井周期,大幅度降低了钻井成本,保护了储层,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Lost circulation is very serve in the fractured formations in Shengli Oilfield, and the conventional plugging and cementing is ineffective. A new plugging agent, the acid removable solidification plugging agent is developed, which is consisted of many inorganic and organic matters and has remarkable acid solving rate and plugging capability. Its plugging rate and compressing strength are evaluated under the laboratory conditions, and its differences on plugging volume and depth, rheological property and load bearing with oil well cement are compared with. Results show that this plugging agent has high and adjustable setting strength and non-shrinking volume, and the pseudoplastic fluid formed and its staying capability makes it suit for plugging the highly permeable and fractured formations. Its uses in block Bin193 in Shengli oilfield are briefed, and its field uses in 16 wells show its additional advantages over operating safety, minimizing downhole troubles, shortening well construction period and formation protection, etc.
