摘    要:EPA和DHA是人体中重要的不饱和脂肪酸,具有许多重要的生理功能,对人类和动物的生长发育和健康起着重要的作用,本文简要介绍了EPA和DHA的生理功能,分离提取方法及水产来源的EPA和DHA研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望.

Abstract:EPA and DHA are important unsaturated fatty acids in the body which have many important physiological functions,playing an important role in human and animal growth and health.This paper describes the physiological functions,separation and extraction methods of EPA and DHA and the research of EPA and DHA from fisheries and the development prospect.
