输电线路冰风图像监测系统

简述系统构成和技术特点，给出了监控装置的具体设计方法。该系统在贵州电网的运行结果表明：现场监控装置对电力杆塔、线路现场的图像、气象信息进行采集、压缩、分组后通过GPRS／CDMA无线网络传榆到监控中心，运行人员在监控中心就可全面了解线路覆冰或舞动的情况，及时采取措施将事故消灭在萌芽状态。此外，还简要介绍了贵州电网安装的其他监测功能情况。

Animage remote - image - monitoring system of transmission lines icing and gallop

In this paper, an image remote - image - monitoring system of transmission lines was designed and produced, the structure and technical features of which were described, and the designation of the on - line monitoring unit was introduced in details. The running results in Guizhou power system show that the image of towers and occasions of transmission lines and the meteorological information were obtained, compressed, grouped, and sent to monitoring centre by GPRS or CDMA communication net, that all information of transmission lines icing and gallop can be known by persons on duty, and that the safe operation of transmission line was effectively guaranteed by applying some important measures. In additional, external functions of online monitoring system were also introduced.
