基于Mobitex数据通信网的自动抄表系统研究

摘    要:自动抄表系统借助于有效可靠的通信手段,可以实现电表数据的自动抄收,实现用电数据的自动化管理。为实现抄表数据准确、可靠、快速的传输,我们需要一种可靠的通信网络,而目前我国的“一户一表”制使电表分布分散,因此,提出了利用Mobitex无线窄带数据通信网建立自动抄表系统的窄带专网,展现一种更适合于抄表系统的数据传输技术———Mobitex技术。Mobitex基站的定位是Mobitex网络建设的关键问题,文中提出了确定Mobitex网络基站建设点的科学算法。通信系统采集到的数据需要上层软件做二次处理,同时又阐述了自动抄表系统软件的设计。Mobitex数据通信网完全可以满足自动抄表系统的要求,并保证抄表数据可靠的传输。

Abstract:By means of an effective and reliable communication, an automatic meter reading system can be used for automatic collection of meter readings and an automatic management of electronic-data. For the purpose of an accurate, reliable and rapid transmission of meter data, we need a reliable communication network. The current policy of "one house one meter" in our country makes the distribution of meters highly dispersed. This paper proposes a special narrowband network for an automatic meter reading system based on Mobitex wireless narrowband data network and Mobitex, which is a data transmission technique that is more suitable for meter reading system. This paper also presents a scientific algorithm for locating the Mobitex base station and the software design of an automatic meter reading system for processing the data collected by the communication system. It has been verified that the Mobitex data communication network can fully meet the requirements of the automatic meter reading system and can ensure a reliable transmission of meter data.
