库欣综合征与血尿酸的关系研究

目的 研究库欣综合征（CS）与血尿酸（UA）的关系.方法 选择2007～2011年维吾尔新疆自治区人民医院高血压科住院的CS患者22例为库欣组,选择同期住院的原发性高血压患者22例为高血压组.比较两组患者血UA、空腹血糖（FBG）、空腹胰岛素（FIns）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、体重指数（BMI）、腰围（WC）等指标.结果 ①高血压组及库欣组年龄（41.23±9.78）、（40.14±10.58）岁]、BMI（28.55±2.89）、（28.98±3.87）kg/m2]、SBP （144.32±17.84）、（149.14±22.82）mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）]、DBP （92.86±15.06）、（98.00±23.27）mm Hg]比较,差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;库欣组WC（110.45±14.32）cm]高于高血压组（101.45±12.16）cm],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②库欣组UA（474.5±84.3） μmol/L、FBG （6.31±0.51）mmol/L]、FIns（29.05±2.92）mU/L]、TC（5.17±1.35）mmol/L]、TG（2.24±1.25） mmol/L]、HOMA-IR（7.96±0.56）]明显高于高血压组（436.16±75.47） μmol/L、（4.75±0.44） mmol/L、（13.04±2.68）mU/L、（4.15±0.93） mmol/L、（1.44±0.87）mmol/L、（2.57±0.44）],差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.01或P＜0.05）.结论 高UA血症与CS紧密相关,二者发病过程中的相互加重、促进作用应当引起足够的重视.

Research on the relationship between serum uric acid and Cushing syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationship between Cushing syndrome （CS） and serum uric acid （UC）.Methods 22CS patients in People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2007 to 2011 were selected as Cushing group;22 cases of primary hypertension in the same term were chosen as hypertension group.Serum uric acid （UA）,fasting blood glucose （FBG）,fasting insulin （Fins）,HOMA-IR,total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,systolic blood pressure （SBP）,diastolic blood pressure （DBP）,body mass index （BMI）,WC were compared in the two groups.Results ①The differences of age （41.23±9.78）,（40.14±10.58） years old],BMI （28.55±2.89）,（28.98±3.87） kg/m2],SBP （144.32±17.84）,（149.14±22.82） mm Hg],DBP （92.86±15.06）,（98.00±23.27） mm Hg] in hypertension group and Cushing group were not statistically significant （P ＜0.05）; WC in Cushing group （110.45±14.32） cm] was higher than that in hypertension group （101.45±12.16） cm],the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.②UA,FBG,Fins,TC,TG,HOMA-IR of Cushing group （474.5±84.3） μmol/L,（6.31±0.51） mmol/L,（29.05±2.92） mU/L,（5.17±1.35） mmol/L,（2.24±1.25） mmol/L,（7.96±0.56）] were all higher than those of hypertension group （436.16±75.47） μmol/L,（4.75±0.44） mmol/L,（13.04±2.68） mU/L,（4.15±0.93） mmol/L,（1.44±0.87） mmol/L,（2.57±0.44）],the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is closely related to CS,everyone should pay attention to mutual promotion between hyperuricemia and CS.
