妈富隆对体外受精-胚胎移植中卵巢低反应患者的治疗价值

目的探讨促排卵周期前应用妈富隆对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中卵巢反应不良者的价值。方法将52例行IVF的卵巢反应不良患者按排卵周期前是否使用妈富隆分为研究组24例和对照组28例。结果研究组促性腺激素平均用量(39.24±4.57支)较对照组(42.56±5.97支)少,受精率、优质胚胎数高于对照组(P<0.05)。但两组获卵数、周期取消率、临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义。结论对卵巢反应不良的患者,在实施IVF-ET前口服妈富隆可改善促排卵治疗结局,提高受精率及优质胚胎数目。

Effect of Maivelow on poor responders undergoing in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer cycles

Objective To study the effects of Maivelow administered before the stimulation cycle on poor responder patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) cycles.Methods 52 poor responder patients undergoing IVF-ET cycles were divided into 2 groups according to the history whether the patients had been treated with Maivelow before the ovulatory period(research group,n=24) or not treated with the drug(control group,n=28).A statistical analysis of the anamnestic data of the patients was carried out for the assessment of the ovulation-promoting effect of Maivelow and their influence on the IVF-ET operation.ResultsThe required dosis of gonadotrophin was lower in patients pre-treated with Maivelow than that in patients of the control group.The fertilization rate and number of good embryo more than the control group(P<0.05).The differences between patients of the two groups with respect to number of oocyte retrieval,the cycle cancel rate and clinical pregnancy rate were not significant.Conclusion Maivelow administered before IVF-ET can improve the effects of ovulation-promotive treatment,increase the fertilization rate and number of good embryo in poor responder patients.
