克隆遗传算法在学生成绩分析中的应用

分析了关联规则挖掘的特点,提出一种基于克隆遗传策略的关联规则挖掘模型。该模型针对遗传算法易于陷入局部最优的缺点,引入克隆算子,通过克隆操作扩大群体规模,并采用自适应方式动态地选取交叉率和变异率,从而求得问题的最优解。实例分析表明,克隆遗传模型能有效处理数据集中的关联规则挖掘问题。

Application of clone genetic algorithm in analysis of student exam scores

After analyzing characteristics of association rule mining,an association rule mining model based on clone genetic strategy is proposed.Because the model of genetic algorithm is easy to be trapped in local optimum,a new algorithm is introduced.It brings in cloning operator,further expands the size of population through the cloning operation and uses self-adaptive way to dynamically select the crossover rate and mutation rate in order to obtain the optimal solution.The real examples show that clone genetic model can effectively handle the data set for mining association rules.
