摘    要:为了探寻建筑企业在激烈的市场竞争的规律,实现企业的生存与发展的目标.考虑到企业的竞争与生物界中的共生、捕食等存在相似性,企业生态学的理论能够从深层探寻建筑企业竞争的内涵及建筑企业的生存机理,建筑企业与自然中的生物群的相似性体现在资源争夺、适者生存、群落变迁与生存空间四个方面.以企业生态学为基础,并考虑捕食系统的动态扩散性,提出了建筑企业竞争捕食模型,对该捕食模型求解,得出了建筑企业密度与资源密度最终趋于稳定性的结果.建筑企业不应试图在整个市场上取得竞争优势,而应扬长避短,细分出对本企业最有利的市场空间,确立自己在市场中的"生态位".

Abstract:To find out the competitive rule of construction enterprise in a highly competitive market to realize the survival and development goal of enterprises,the survival mechanism of construction business competition is explored based on enterprise ecology. The similarities between construction business and natural biome can be expressed from four aspects:scrambling for resources,survival of the fittest,community change and living space. By considering the dynamical and diffusive behaviors in predator-prey system between construction businesses,a preying competitive model of construction business is proposed based on enterprise ecology. Solution of the model indicates that the density of construction business tends to be stable to the density of sources. And survival strategies for construction business are put forward.
