| 摘 要： | 目的 研究滇藏五味子（ Schisandra neglecta A.C. Smith ）的化学成分。 方法 用硅胶柱色谱、制备 HPLC 和制备 TLC 进行分离，通过理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。 结果 从滇藏五味子的茎藤中分离得到 9 个木脂素和 1 个三萜酸，分别是乙酰戈米辛 R （Ⅰ）、五味子酚乙（Ⅱ）、（ - ） - 戈米辛 L1 （Ⅲ）、苯甲酰戈米辛 P （Ⅳ）、顺芷酰戈米辛 P （Ⅴ）、戈米辛 R （Ⅵ）、南五味子素（Ⅶ）、南五味子酸（Ⅷ）、表戈米辛 O （Ⅸ）、戈米辛 O （Ⅹ）。 结论 所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Schisandra neglecta. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel , prep-HPLC and prep-TLC methods. And their structures were elucidated by physical-chemical and spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Nine dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans, acetylgomisin R (Ⅰ), schisanhenol B (Ⅱ), (-)-gomisin L1 (Ⅲ), benzoylgomisin P (Ⅳ), tigloylgomisin P (Ⅴ), gomisin R (Ⅵ), kadsurin (Ⅶ), epigomisin O (Ⅸ), gomisin O (Ⅹ)and one kadsuric acid(Ⅷ) were isolated from the stem of S. neglecta. CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
