野菊花化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的研究野菊花的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱及ODS反相柱色谱法,运用波谱方法确定结构。结果从野菊花有机相中分离得到12个化合物,蒙花苷(1),刺槐素(2),5,3',4'-三羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(3),芹菜素(4),木犀草素(5),5,3'-二羟基-6,7,4',5'-四甲氧基黄酮(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),α-香树脂醇(9),β-香树脂醇(10),羽扇豆醇(11),二十八烷醇(12)。结论化合物3,6,8,9,10,11,12均为首次从野菊花中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Flos Chrysanthemi indici(from Nanyang,Henan). METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by spectral evidences. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as linarin(1),acacetin(2),5,3',4'-trihydroxy-6, 7-dimetho-xyflvone(3),apigenin(4),luteolin(5),5,3'-dihydroxy-6,7,4',5'- tetramethoxyflavone (6),β- sitosterol (7),β-daucosterol(8),α-amyrin(9),β-amyrin (10),lupeol (11),octacosanol(12). CONCLUSION Compound 3, 6,8, 9,10,11 and 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
