宜居型社区规划策略研究——以武汉低碳生态社区规划为例

宜居型社区的规划建设对于宜居城市建设具有重要意义。经过多年探索,武汉提出将低碳生态社区规划设计作为推进宜居型社区建设的重要途径。低碳生态社区规划策略包括:在用地方面,合理确定街区尺度,促进土地混合使用,均衡布局公共服务设施;在交通方面,合理组织街区路网,建立慢行交通系统;在绿地系统方面,布局一体化绿地、立体绿化系统;在低碳能源技术方面,高效利用各种可再生能源;在水资源方面,加强综合利用,减少对自来水的消耗;在绿色建筑方面,合理布局,采用建筑主体节能、建筑材料节能手段。
