头面部血管肉瘤3例报告并文献复习

目的:总结我们对头面部血管肉瘤手术联合放射治疗方法的经验认识。方法:报道3例头面部血管肉瘤病例,并复习相关文献。结果和结论:头面部血管肉瘤是一种少见的、多中心的血管肿瘤,预后差。头面部血管肉瘤的手术治疗常常需要切除较广的范围。放射治疗对头面部血管肉瘤是一种合理治疗,既能使受侵犯的真皮组织和周围皮肤得到进一步治疗,又能保护其下的正常组织。

Report of Cases of Angiosarcomas of Scalp and Face and Literatures Review

Objective:To summarize our experiences of surgery combined with postoperative radiation in the treatment of scalp and facial angiosarcoma.Methods:We reported here Three cases of scalp and facial angiosarcoma were reported and relevant literature were reviewed.Results and Conclusion:Dermal angiosarcoma of head and face was a rare,and often a multicentric vascular tumor with a rather poor prognosis.Treatment by surgical excision sometimes required wide excision.Radiation is a rational treatment modality for this disease,because the clinically involved dermis could be treated also while the underlying normal tissues were spared.
