摘    要:目的比较个性化舌侧托槽与成品舌侧托槽的粘结效果及三种粘结剂的粘结效果。方法将48颗离体牙随机分为4组。组1、2、3分别用UniteTM、Maximum Cure、Blugloo粘结个性化舌侧托槽,组4用UniteTM粘结成品舌侧托槽。检测抗剪切力并计算抗剪切强度。结果组1的抗剪切强度(16.62±6.34)MPa显著大于组2(8.56±3.38)MPa和组4(9.73±2.79)MPa(P〈0.01),大于组3(11.32±7.15)MPa(P<0.05)。结论个性化舌侧托槽的抗剪切强度高于成品舌侧托槽,UniteTM粘结剂的粘结效果较好。

Bond strength analysis of customized lingual brackets

Abstract:Objective To compare the bond strength between customized and conventional lingual brackets and that of three commonly used adhesives in lingual orthodontics. Methods Forty- eight extracted human teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups. The customized lingual brackets in group 1, 2 and 3 were bonded with UniteTM, Maximum Cure, and Blugloo. The conventional lingual brackets in group 4 were bonded with UniteTM. The shear bond force was measured by AG-X testing machine, and the shear bond strength was calculated. Results The mean shear bond strength in group 1 was significantly higher (P~0. 01) than that in groups 2 and 4, (group 1, 16. 62±6. a4 MPa; group 2, 8. 56±3. 38 MPa; group 4, 9. 73±2. 79 MPa) and was significant higher (P〈O. 05) than that in group 3 (group 3,11.32±7. 15 MPa). Conclusions The shear bond strength is larger for customized lingual brackets than forconventional lingual brackets. The bond strength of UniteTM adhesive isbetter.
