老年2型糖尿病患者HbA1c与CYFRA21-1、CA199水平的相关性分析

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者HbA1c和CYFRA21-1、CA199水平的相关性。方法选取60例老年T2DM患者和60例中年T2DM患者,所有患者治疗时间处于2018年1月—2019年1月,根据患者患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平,以7.0%为标准界限,HbAlc<7.0%的为血糖良好组,HbAlc>7.0%的血糖不良组。对该次试验所有患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、与CYFRA21-1、糖类抗原199(CA199)水平进行检测,并对其组间详细数据进行统计学分析。结果(1)老年T2DM组和中年T2DM组中,血糖不良组的FPG、2 hPG、FIns、2 hIns、FCP、2 hCP和CYFRA21-1、CA199水平均明显高于血糖良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)老年T2DM组中血糖不良组的2 hPG,FCP和CYFRA21-1、CA199水平高于中年T2DM组中的血糖不良组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)相关分析显示,中年T2DM组的CYFRA21-1、CA199水平与FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc呈正相关,而老年T2DM组的CYFRA21-1、CA199水平与FPG、2 hPG、2 hIns、HbAlc呈正相关。结论CYFRA21-1、CA199升高与血HbA1c存在异常有直接关系,如无法有效控制患者血糖水平,会对患者CYFRA21-1、CA199水平造成直接影响,从而提高老年2型糖尿病患者患恶性肿瘤风险。

Correlation Analysis of HbA1c,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 Levels in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the correlation between HbA1c,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods Sixty elderly T2DM patients and 60 middle-aged T2DM patients were selected.The treatment time of all patients was from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the level of glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)of the patients,7.0%was used as the standard limit,HbAlc<7.0%was in the good blood glucose group,and HbAlc>7.0%was in the poor blood glucose group.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),CYFRA21-1,and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)of all patients in this trial were tested,and detailed data between the groups were analyzed statistically.Results 1.In the elderly T2DM group and middle-aged T2DM group,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,FIns,2 hIns,FCP,2 hCP,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 in the poor blood glucose group were significantly higher than those in the good blood glucose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The levels of 2 hPG,FC-P,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 in the poor blood glucose group in the elderly T2DM group were higher than those in the poor blood glucose group in the middle-aged T2DM group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that the levels of CYFRA21-1 and CA199 in the middle-aged T2 DM group were positively correlated with FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,while the levels of CYFRA21-1 and CA199 in the elderly T2DM group were positively correlated with FPG,2 hPG,2 hIns,HbAlc.Conclusion The increase of CYFRA21-1 and CA199 is directly related to the abnormal blood HbA1c.If the blood glucose level cannot be effectively controlled,it will directly affect the patient’s CYFRA21-1 and CA199 levels,thereby increasing the risk of malignant tumors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
