前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效研究

目的分析前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果。方法将2018年3月—2019年3月该院门诊收治的84例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者分为联合组和比较组,比较组使用贝那普利,联合组在上述基础上加用前列地尔,对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,两组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均有所下降,联合组FPG平均值下降至(6.28±0.27)mmol/L,2 hPG平均值下降至(7.02±0.52)mmol/L,HbA1c平均值下降至(8.51±0.35)%,均低于比较组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.222、18.463、5.763,P<0.05)。结论使用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效显著。

Clinical Study of Alprostadil Combined with Benazepril in the Treatment of Proteinuria in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria admitted to the outpatient clinic of the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into a combination group and a comparison group.The comparison group was treated with benazepril,and the combination group was treated with alprostadil.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the two groups decreased,the average value of FPG in the combination group decreased to(6.28±0.27)mmol/L,the average of 2 hPG decreased to(7.02±0.52)mmol/L,and HbA1c average value dropped to(8.51±0.35)%,which were lower than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.222,18.463,5.763,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alprostadil combined with benazepril is effective in the treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy.
