| 摘 要： | 阐述了铸件成形过程中的凝固方式,即同时凝固、顺序凝固、均衡凝固、不均衡凝固和复合凝固.复杂铸件的铸造工艺是几种凝固方式的综合运用.根据工作经验,列举了典型铸件成形所采用的原则.在铸件工艺设计时,必须根据产品结构特点,具体分析,适时采用不同的凝固方式以获得健全铸件,这是行之有效的设计方法.
