当代大学生班主任工作更应关注什么

根据当代大学生的特点 :生理和心理处于从不成熟走向成熟的关键时期 ,生活在开放的科学技术迅速发展的时代 ,社会对他们提出了新的要求 ;作为班主任除了关心他们的起居和学习科学文化知识外 ,更应关注他们 :正确人生观的形成 ,社交能力的培养 ,对时间的运筹 ,心理教育 ,如何作计划、定目标 ,如何建立自信、走向成功。

Points that a Class Supervisor Shall Have to Concern

College students are in the critical phase in which their physical and psychological developments are gradually maturing, and they are living in a time in which science and technology develop rapidly and new requirements are imposed on them. A class supervisor shall have to care for the living and learning of college students, to study the formation of their philosophies and sociality, scheduling of their time, education of their psychology, and the establishment of their confidences to success.
