| 摘 要： | 在多聚磷酸催化下, 利用2-乙酰氨基 2-［2-(4-
正辛基苯基)乙基］丙二酸二乙酯发生环合反应, 分别得到主要产物四氢萘酮化合物2和噁唑化合物3. 经红外光谱、 核磁共振氢谱及碳谱、 质谱和二维核磁共振氢谱及碳谱确证了噁唑化合物3的结构； 经红外光谱、 核磁共振氢谱和碳谱、 质谱及还原、 水解和成盐反应确证了四氢萘酮化合物2的结构.

| Abstract: | Intramolecular cyclization of diethyl 2-acetamido 2-［2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl］ malonate was carried out in the presence of polyphosphoric acid. The major products of the cyclization were 1 tetralone derivative and oxazole derivative. The structures of the product molecules were confirmed
by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR, MS, 2D NMR and reduction, hydrolization
reaction in our experiments respectively. |
