摘 要: | 目的;考察陶瓷微滤技术防治树脂毒化,提高中药精制效果的作用。方法;比较陶瓷膜微滤,高速离心和醇沉3种预处理方法对AB-8树脂吸附苦参水提液中总黄酮量及精制效果的影响。结果:陶瓷膜微滤法提高AB-8树脂吸附苦参总黄酮能力强于高速离心法,其精制总黄酮效果优于醇沉法。结论:陶瓷膜微滤可有效减轻中药水提液对树脂的毒化作用,提高中药精制效果。

A Study on Prevention of Toxicity Effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Extract on AB-8 Resin with Ceramic Micro-filtration Film |

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe and study the effect of ceramic micro-filtration film in preventing resin toxicity and improving drug refinery effect. METHOD Ceramic micro-circulation film, high-speed centrifuge and alcohol precipitation were compared in their effect on total chromocor in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract and on the refinery effect. RESULT Ceramic micro-filtration film method was better than high-speed centrifuge in promoting AB-8 resin to absorb total chromocor, and better than alcohol precipitation method in improving total chromocor refinery effect. CONCLUSION Ceramic micro-filtration film can effectively reduce the toxic effect of extract of Chinese drugs on resin and improve the Chinese drug refinery effect. |
