聚丙烯纤维水泥浆体系防漏增韧性能研究与应用

摘    要:针对漏失地层固井,采用聚丙烯纤维加入水泥浆中改善水泥浆的防漏性能,增加水泥石韧性。实验和应用结果表明:5~19 mm聚丙烯短纤维能提高水泥浆切力,显著改善水泥浆堵漏能力,加量为0.6%,其30 min的承压能力达到5.0 MPa。聚丙烯纤维提高了水泥石的变形能力,抗折强度提高30%,抗冲击韧性提高32%,弹性模量下降35%,具有良好的抗冲击能力。聚丙烯纤维同各类外加剂配伍良好,现场使用简单,有效地解决了循环漏失问题。在保证原浆综合性能的同时,能明显改善其防漏增韧功能,保证水泥环与地层套管间良好的胶结,有利于提高固井质量。

Abstract:It is adopted to improve mud's leak protection that adding mekralon into mud in the leaking layer. It is shown in the experiment that 5-19 mm mekralon can enhance mud's shear force and improve its leak protection when the adding volume of mekralon is at 0.6% and bearing strength reaches 5.0 MPa in 30 min. The mekralon improves the deformability of mud, increases impact resistance by 32% and flexural strength by 30%, decreases elastic modelling quantity by 35%. The combination of mekralon and other additives can be applied in the field easily and solve the recycling leakage efficiently. Promising the comprehensive performance of original mud, it can also improve its performance in leaking prevention and flexibility and guarantee the cementing between cement casing and formation which is beneficial to cementing's quality.
