非晶电机的优势及其研究进展

摘    要:通过对比铁基非晶合金和硅钢材料的软磁性能,总结了非晶合金材料应用于电机定子铁心在提高电机效率、节约能源和原材料以及环境保护等方面均具有的显著优势。综述了国内外非晶电机的研究和进展,并展望了非晶电机的发展前景。

Abstract:With the comparison of the soft magnetic properties between Fe-based amorphous alloy and silicon steel,the advantages of Fe-based amorphous alloy applied in motor iron core were proposed to increase increasing the motor efficiency,saving energy and raw materials and protecting environment.The research and development of the amorphous metal motor at home and abroad were briefly summarized,and the prospects for amorphous alloy motor were predicted.
