基于Simulink的GMAW短路过渡焊接回路系统的仿真

摘    要:研究熔滴过渡情况对熔化极气体保护电弧焊(GMAW)焊缝成形以及冶金过程有重要意义.基于Simulink建立了GMAW短路过渡焊接回路系统模型,对动态焊接电流、焊接电压进行仿真,并分析了不同工艺参数时焊接电流、焊接电压的变化.该模型的建立可用于研究短路过渡的稳定性、焊接质量的提高和冶金过程的改善.

Abstract:Researches of the droplet transfer have an important significance to weld forming of gas metal arc welding and metallurgical process.Based on the Simulink,the model of GMAW short circuiting transfer welding loop system was established,dynamic welding current and welding voltage were simulated,the change of welding current and welding voltage under different technological parameters were analyzed.The model established can be used for researches on stability of short circuit transfer and improvement of welding quality and metallurgical process.
