芳纶正交结构板材的制作及复合工艺

摘    要:用芳纶纤维复丝为纤维增强材料,配合环氧树脂为基体材料,进行三维正交结构的板材制作。采用平板硫化机层压成型工艺和真空辅助树脂扩散成型(VARIM)对所制作的板材进行复合工艺处理,探讨不同黏度的树脂配比对成品制作过程的影响。结果表明:芳纶纤维较为光滑,纤维间的摩擦力较小,难以形成稳定的织物结构,需要增加芳纶纤维表面的摩擦性能;树脂与固化剂配比高(即树脂黏度低)的基体材料在复合工艺中渗透能力更强,更易形成由内至外均匀的复合材料。

Processing of kevlar orthogonal structured composite plate
Abstract:The orthogonal structured composite plate was manufactured by using kevlar as reinforced fiber and epoxy resin as matrix. Pressure molding technology and vacuum resin infusion method(VARIM)were adopted to make composite plate. It is found that,in the manufacturing process,in order to increase the weave-ability of the kevlar fiber,higher friction is needed to take over the slippery performance of the kevlar fiber during weave operation. In the composite molding process,higher mixture ratio of resin and hardener can increase the penetration performances of resin and the composite is more even in its appearance from inner to outside for the final product.
