某火炮制退机的散热研究

摘    要:火炮制退机的温升决定了能持续射击炮弹的发数,而精确计算每发射击后制退机的净吸收热量是很困难的。火炮连续射击时,若制退机的温度过高将影响后坐和复进的运动规律以及密封装置的性能。针对上述问题,以某火炮为研究对象,建立其物理模型,施加有关载荷和边界条件,通过AWE软件计算得到单发射击和连续射击后制退机的温度场及其散热的变化规律,并与传统计算进行比较和分析,为制退机的结构设计及射击试验提供参考。

Heat dissipation of gun recoil mechanism
Abstract:The temperature rise of gun recoil mechanism determines the number of shells by continuously firing,while the accurate calculation of net absorption of heat of recoil mechanism after each fire is very difficult. If the temperature of gun recoil mechanism is too high when continuously firing,it will impact on the characteristics of motion while recoiling and returning,and the performances of gland bush. For the above-mentioned problems,with a gun as the research object,the physical model and applied loads and boundary conditions were established. The variations of temperature field and heat dissipation after single fire and continuously firing were calculated by AWE software,and compared with those by traditional calculation,which provides a reference for the structural design and firing tests of recoil mechanism.
