摘    要:采用ANSYS程序计算研究脉冲加载下不同屈服强度、弹性模量基体对钨丝增强复合材料两相间剪切应力的变化特征。研究发现,在复合材料设计时应考虑基体力学特性对复合材料性能的影响。选择屈服强度高、弹性模量低的基体,可降低增强相钨丝中的剪切应力,在侵彻过程中有利于保持钨丝的完整性,从而提高侵彻能力。

Abstract:The effect of yield strength and elastic modulus of matrix on shear stress of two phases of W fiber reinforced composite under pulse loading was simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that the effect of mechanical properties of matrix on composite should be taken into consideration in designing composite. The matrix with high yield strength and low elastic modulus can reduce the shear stress in W fiber,and is beneficial to keeping the integrity of W fiber during penetration,thus resulting in the improvement of penetration capacity.
