酸浆种质资源调查研究

摘    要:目的考察酸浆种质资源分布情况。方法直接到酸浆种质分布区域调查收集种质材料,用GPS仪精确定位采样点的地理位置,测定经纬度和海拔高度,对于所采集的每一份种质样本做好详细的记录。结果共进行考察点为95个,其中收集到了酸浆种质的采集点为63个,采集点主要集中在辽宁省、吉林省和黑龙江省。结论酸浆的分布广泛,适应性强,东北三省的酸浆的种质资源非常丰富,根据实地调查,依据宿萼及果实的形态差异,可以划分为多个种质。

Abstract:Objective To investigated the germplasm resources of Physalis alkekengi L.. Methods In this survey, germplasm materials of Physalis alkekengi L. are directly investigated and collected in the germplasm distribution area. GPS instrument is used to precisely locate the geographical location of sampling points, and longitude, latitude and altitude are measured. A detailed record is made for each germplasm sample collected.Results A total of 95 sites are investigated in this resource survey. In those sites, 63 collection points of Physalis alkekengi L. germplasm are collected. Mainly concentrated in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang province.Conclusion The germplasm resources of Physalis alkekengi L. is widely distributed and highly adaptable. The germplasm resources of Physalis alkekengi L. in the northeast China are very rich. According to ourthe resources investigation, the germplasm resources of Physalis alkekengi L. can be divided into multiple germplasm which according to the morphological of calyx and fruit.
