摘    要:矿石的粉碎作业在选矿厂中消耗的能量最多,目前国内外大多从设备和工艺两方面入手,进行节能降耗。微波技术是一种新型加热方式,由于被加热物料介电特性不同,引起被加热物料温度产生差异,这种特殊的加热方式有助于矿石粉碎。概述了微波在矿石破碎和磨矿过程中,促进裂纹的产生和扩展,降低粉碎过程中的能量消耗作用。同时对现阶段微波技术在矿石破碎中存在的问题作出分析,并对今后微波在矿石粉碎过程应用进行了展望。

Abstract:The crushing operation of ore consumes the most energy in the concentrator. In order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, most of the researches at home and abroad start from equipment and process. Microwave technology is a new type of heating method. Due to the different dielectric properties of the material being heated, the temperature of the material to be heated is different. Therefore, this special heating method is conducive to ore crushing. This paper outlined the role of microwaves in promoting the generation and expansion of cracks and reducing the energy consumption during ore crushing and grinding. Meanwhile, the existing problems of microwave technology in ore crushing were analyzed, and the future application of microwave in ore crushing process was prospected.
