| 摘 要： | 介绍了三维测量系统的组成、原理及其应用实例,系统主要是综合运用了数字图像处理技术、摄影测量技术和光栅测量技术,来快速、准确地测量三维实物表面的几何数据,并且可利用ATOS系统软件处理所测量的点云数据,为产品的快速测量提供了一种快捷的方法。

| Abstract: | It introduces the composing, working principle and application of a 3D Measuring system, shows the detail about digital image processing, photogrammetry, optical grating measuring technique. In order to measure rapidly and correctly geometric data of a 3D-object surface, it uses the spots clouds data to process with ATOS system. The system supplys a rapid method to product fast measuring. |
