| 摘 要： | 论述了复杂电磁环境及装备保障指挥效能的基本概念;分析了复杂电磁环境对装备保障指挥效能的影响;建立了装备保障指挥效能评估指标体系;给出了装备保障指挥效能评估方法,探讨了装备保障指挥效能评估模型与复杂电磁环境模型的交互关系。

| Abstract: | The basic concept of the complex electromagnetic environment and command effectiveness of equipment support are discussed in the paper. The effect of complex electromagnetic environment on command effectiveness of equipment support is analyzed. The factors system of command effectiveness of equipment support is constructed. The command effectiveness evaluation method of equipment support is presented, and the interaction between the command effectiveness evaluation model of equipment support and complex electromagnetic environment model is discussed. |
