综合护理在皮肤软组织缺损患者中的应用效果

探讨在应用封闭式负压引流（VSD）联合持续冲洗治疗皮肤软组织缺损的护理中实施综合护理的效果。方法 选取2021年11月-2023年4月我院收治的62例皮肤软组织缺损患者为研究对象,均为一期应用VSD联合生理盐水持续冲洗辅助治疗创面,待新鲜肉芽生长满意后二期植皮、换药等治疗。随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组疾病康复时间、护理效果、不良反应发生情况、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果 观察组新生肉芽组织生长满意时间、住院时间均短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,轻度疼痛度占比高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;两组护理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 综合护理在接受VSD联合持续冲洗治疗的皮肤软组织缺损患者中的应用效果确切,可有效缩短新鲜肉芽生长满意时间、住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,且减轻患者疼痛程度,提升患者对护理的满意度。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Skin Soft Tissue Defect

To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the application of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD)combined with continuous irrigation in the treatment of skin soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 62 patients with skin softtissue defects admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients weretreated with VSD combined with normal saline continuous irrigation in the first stage, and skin grafting and dressing change wereperformed in the second stage after the growth of fresh granulation was satisfactory. They were randomly divided into control groupand observation group, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group wasgiven comprehensive nursing. The rehabilitation time, nursing effect, occurrence of common nursing problems, pain degree andnursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The growth satisfaction time and hospitalization time ofnew granulation tissue in the observation group were shorter th an those in the control group, the total effective rate was high erthan that in the control group, the proportion of mild pain was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence ofadverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in nursing satisfactionbetween the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with skin soft tissuedefects receiving VSD combined with continuous irrigation is effective, which can effectively shorten the satisfaction time offresh granulation growth, hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of pain in patients,and improve patient satisfaction with care.
