桂平二线船闸输水系统与闸室墙结构方案研究

摘    要:桂平航运枢纽二线船闸设计水头为10.5m,输水系统类型为侧墙长廊道短支孔分散输水系统。船闸区上覆地层为第四系冲积的粘土,闸首闸室基础均置于石灰岩地基上,岩石完整性相对较好,因此具备采用衡重式或混合衬砌式闸室墙结构的条件。经充分比较,采用闸底长廊道输水系统、混合衬砌式闸室墙结构的方案,船闸充、泄水时间均可控制在10min以内,闸室内泊稳条件良好,达到了优化方案节省开挖量和混凝土工程量的目的。

Abstract:The design head of the second-line shiplock in the Gulping Junction is 10.5 m.The structure of long culvert short hole weight retaining wall was chosen in this junction.The overlying strata of lock area is quaternary alluvial clay, the foundation basis were placed on limestone bedrock, the integrity of the rock is relatively good, with the conditions to build gravity or mixed-type lining chamber wall.After full comparison, using the lock bottom long culvert filling and emptying system and the structure form of mixed-type lining chamber wall,both lock filling and emptying time can be controlled within 10 rain, the mooring condition is good inside the lock chamber, and the purpose to save volume of the excavation and the concrete project is achieved.
