| 摘 要： | 本文提出以断面对称性和几何形状为要素,从生产技术角度对挤压异形铜管建立了分类;结合理论研究和生产实践,论述了挤压异形铜管时金属的流动,总结了异形管挤压工艺要点,从工模具报废的原因出发,对工模具设计提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper the classification of the extrusion of non-conventional type copper pipes is established from the point of view of manufacturing techniques, on the basis of symmetry and geometrics of the cross-sections. Combining the theoretical investigations with productive practices, the flow of the metal with the extrusion is discussed. The main points of the technology of extrusion of non-conventional type copper are summarized, and a proposal to the design of contrivances and die sets according to the causes of rejection of them is put forward. |
