摘    要:海石湾煤矿6223-2工作面顶煤受断层和上分层采动影响而非常破碎,为提高顶煤的稳定性,采用注浆技术加固顶煤。研究分析了科学的注浆孔布置方式,并针对现场条件确定了合理的注浆参数。实践表明注浆加固效果显著,该工作面回采期间顶煤没有出现大面积漏冒。

Abstract:The top coal of 6223-2 working face was fractured by fault and higher slice mining in Haishiwan coal mine, in order to improve the stability of top coal, Grouting reinforcement technology had been adopted.Scientific grouting holes arrangement mode had been studied and reasonable grouting parameters were determined according to the site conditions by the method of theoretical analysis. The results show that the effect of grouting reinforcement is remarkable, there is not large area of leakage in the working face during mining period.
