章江大桥稳定分析

摘    要:以章江大桥为例,分别采用3种钢管拱肋刚度的计算方法,建立了有限元模型,采用有限元分析程序ANSYS对成桥运营阶段第1类稳定和第2类极值点稳定进行了分析。分析表明,考虑几何非线性、材料非线性和初始缺陷的非线性稳定的失稳荷载比线性屈曲计算值要小很多;采用试验数据法模拟钢管拱肋刚度的计算结果无论是稳定系数还是非线性稳定系数都较为安全。对该类桥梁的设计具有一定参考意义。

Abstract:Taking the Zhangjiang River Bridge as an example,this paper establishes a finite element model for calculation of stability of the type of the bridge,respectively using the calculation methods for three kinds of steel tube arch rib rigidity,and also analyzes Category 1 stability and Category 2 ultimate point stability of the completed bridge at operation stage,using the finite element analysis program ANSYS.The results of analysis indicate that the instability load under condition that the geometric nonlinearity,material nonlinearity and nonlinear stability of initial defect are considered is much less than that of the calculation value of the linear buckling.In the calculation results of simulating of the steel tube arch rib rigidity by test data method, either the stability coefficient or the nonlinear stability coefficient is fairly safe.The calculation and analysis as provided in the paper are of certain reference to the design of the type of the bridge.
