摘    要:由于煤矿井下采区带式输送机转载点机尾设计上的缺陷,普遍存在卸载点落差大的问题,导致卸载点输送带易跑偏、易撒煤、煤尘产生量大,容易造成输送带撕裂等事故。讨论的是一种自行设计的新型带式输送机转载装置,该装置不仅解决了原来带式输送机转载点存在的问题,还可实现无人值守,经使用效果良好,经济效益非常可观,值得推广。

Abstract:Because the coal mine shaft picks in the area adhesive tape transportation turning point loading point airplane tail design the flaw,has the debarkation point dropping variance big problem generally,causes debarkation point adhesive tape easy wandering,easy to let go of coal,the coal dust to have the quantity to be big,easy to create accidents and so on adhesive tape avulsion.Discusses the new adhesive tape conveyer reprint installment which is one kind independently designs,not only this equipment solved the original adhesive tape to transport the turning point loading point existence the question,but also might realize unattended,was good after the use effect,the economic efficiency was extremely considerable and is worth promoting.
