牵引加推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的:观察牵引加推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对照组50例采用牵引治疗,治疗组50例采用牵引加推拿治疗。结果:对照组治愈13例,显效15例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率80%。治疗组治愈23例,显效15例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率94%。经Ridit分析,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:牵引加推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以显著提高临床疗效。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Traction Combined with Chinese Massage

Objective：To observe the reduction with traction and massage techniques for lumbar disc herniation clinical effect.Methods：meet the 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups：control group and treatment group,respectively traction,traction and reduction massage therapy techniques.The treatment effect observed after four courses.Results：According to the efficacy criteria,the control group cured 13 cases,effective in 15 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 10 cases;23、15、9、3 cases of treatment group,respectively.The Ridit analysis showed that the control group and the comparison between the treatment group,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Onclusion：Traction and Massage Massage reduction for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
