纳米阻燃-阳离子染料可染聚酯切片的研制

摘    要:采用磷系共聚阻燃剂,SIPE,新型纳米材料与PTA、EG以共聚方式合成了纳米阻燃 阳离子染料可染聚酯切片,并成功纺制聚酯纤维,切片及纤维均具有良好的阻燃性能,切片的极限氧指数LOI值可达到27.1%,纤维的可达30.2%。

Abstract:Flame retardant and cationic dyeable nanometer PET chip was synthesized by copolymerization of flame retardant containing phosphorus,SIPE,new nanometer material,PTA and EG.The copolyester fiber was produced successful and it has good colourability and fire-retardancy. The LOI of chip is 27.1% and that of fiber is 30.2%.
