| Abstract: | Nowadays,the water recourses that can be used in our country are quite scarcity, and this crisis become more and more serious. While the water recourses protection law system is not perfect in our county, and the legal protection of water recourses should be improved. It is quite important for ensuring the sustainable utilization of water recourses and protecting the water recourses being used properly. |
