| 摘 要： | 目的探讨咪唑安定和异丙酚在胃镜检查和治疗中应用的可行性。方法无痛胃镜组使用咪唑安定和丙泊酚(异丙酚)静脉麻醉下完成胃镜检查,术中检测心率、血压和血氧饱和度,并与常规胃镜组作对照。结果两组对比,术中心率、血压和血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义,无痛胃镜组患者无恶心、呕吐、躁动等不适主诉。结论咪唑安定和丙泊酚静脉麻醉下胃镜检查和治疗是一种安全无痛苦的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using midazolam and propofol in the gastroscopy. Methods Midazolam and propofol were used in painless gastroscdpy. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were recorded and compared with the routine gastroscopy. Results The differences of blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation were not obvious between the two groups. Painless gastroscopy group showed no nausea, vomiting or restlessness. Conclusion With intravenous use of midazolam and propofol, gastroendoscopy can be performed safely and painlessly. |
