摘    要:采用吸附除汞工艺对电石法聚氯乙烯生产过程中产生的含汞废水进行处理,通过工业化装置运行考察了除汞效果。结果表明:该工艺脱汞效果好,可以将含汞废水中的汞质量浓度降低到0.005mg/L以下,饱和吸附剂可经脱附处理后重新用于吸附除汞,且装置操作简单,运行稳定,不易产生二次污染。

Abstract:Adsorption process for removing mercury was adopted to treat the mercury-containing wastewater released from the production of calcium carbide method PVC,and the mercury removing effects were investigated in an industrial plant.The results showed that this process could obtain good mercury removing effects,mercury content in mercury-containing wastewater could be reduced to less than 0.005 mg/L,the saturated adsorbent could be reused in adsorption mercury removing process after desorption,and the plant had characteristics of simple operation,steady running and little secondary pollution.
