新城市主义规划理念与我西部城市边缘城镇的可持续发展研究——以成都市城南正兴片区概念性规划为例

本文从目前我国城市化的发展水平出发,通过我国西部边缘城镇——成都市城南正兴片区规划案例分析,探讨新城市主义三方面:即城市边缘城镇住区空间结构形态、交通布局模式和环境体系三者之间的密切相互作用关系,力求寻找一种合理的城市边缘城镇发展模式去弥补中心城,形成新的腹地。既实现限制城市漫无止境的蔓延扩张,又在自身内城创造适合人居和谐发展的环境,最终达到城市边缘城镇的可持续发展目的。

The Planning Philosophy of New Urbanism and Sustainable Development of Edge Cities in the Western Part of China

Beginning with the current de- velopment of urbanization in China, based on the case study of the concept planning of Zhengxin area in the southof Chengdu city, this paper examines the relationship between three aspects of new urbanism: settlement spatial structure, transport mode and environ- mental system, in order to find a ratio- nal development mode for edge cities. The ultimate aim is to restrict the end- less urban sprawl while creating livable and harmonious environment, and achieve the sustainable development of edge cities.
