摘    要:针对4J32薄壁连接环加工后出现的椭圆变形,设计了一套专用于校正薄壁圆筒件椭圆变形的组合夹具,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对校正过程进行仿真,得出压缩-变形曲线,并在试验中应用压缩-变形曲线对变形连接环进行校正.结果表明,本组合夹具能够满足薄壁圆筒件的校正工艺要求,大大减少了4J32薄壁连接环校正过程的工作量.

Abstract:This paper is aimed at the ellipse deformation problem of 4J32 thin-walled adapter ring.A set of modular fixture is designed to correct the ellipse deform of thin-walled tube,using abaqus FEM software to simulate the correction process and the compress-deform curve is obtained.It corrects the deformed adapter ring applying the compress-deform curve and achieves good results.Results show that the modular fixture can satisfy the thin-walled tube's correction technique and reduce the correction process workload of the 4J32 thin-walled adapter ring.
