| 摘 要： | 定单到交付流程(OTD)是企业核心流程之一,该流程的能力,反映了企业了的核心竞争力水平。本文先对所在公司的OTD流程输出结果进行了分析,引出了问题,随后提出了一种自行设计的OTD流程诊断系统,详细展示了该系统在公司的操作,并根据诊断结果对进一步改进做了分析。

| Abstract: | Order to Delivery Flow (OTD) is one of the core flows in an enterprise. The function of the flow is to show the level of an enterprise's core competitiveness . The author first gives an analysis of the result of the OTD operation in his company and then proposes the problems. A kind of self-designed OTD Diagnosis System is proposed and the operation of the system in the company is displayed with the further analysis for the improvement of the system based on the result of the diagnosis. |
