摘    要:以静态混合器作为溶铜装置的供氧系统,对空气氧化法制备硫酸铜工艺进行了改进。大大提高了溶铜速率和氧气利用率,并且降低了能耗。同时还研究了新工艺条件下,温度、气体流量对工艺指标的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, a static mixer is used in the cupric sulfate production. Compared with the old processes, notonly the copper solution rate and oxygen utility rate in the new process are apparently raised, but also the consumption of energy is obviously decreased. In addition, the effects of reaction temperature and gas velocity on copper solution rate as well as oxygen utility rate are studied in the new process of using static mixer as oxygen provision system.
