氚水内照射对小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞的影响

摘    要:本文用单层液相溶血空斑技术研究了氚水内照射对 BALB/c 小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞(PFC)的影响。结果表明,在本实验剂量范围内(0.047—1.270 Gy),氚水对小鼠脾脏 PFC 有抑制作用,并且随剂量增加,抑制作用更加明显,呈指数性抑制反应。当剂量为1.270 Gy 时,约98.5%的 PFC 受抑制。氚水对脾脏重量和脾细胞数也有类似的影响。

Abstract:The effect of exposure to tritiated water on Plaqu-forming cell(PFC)in spleen of BALB/cmice were studied with the liquid-phase monolayer plaque-forming cell technique.After 3days'exposure with i.p.injected tritiated water at a constant dose rate,the PFCs were inhabitedexponentially at a dose range from 0.047 to 1.270 Gy.When the dose reached 1.270 Gy,approximately 99% of the PFCs were killed.There was a similar effect of exposure to the tritiatedwater on the spleen weight and spleen cell number.
