中原新型节能潜油电动机的开发和应用

摘    要:为解决电潜泵井生产过程中能耗大、采油成本高等问题,研制出新型节能潜油电动机。介绍了新型节能电动机研制的技术依据、技术路线、技术关键,以及优化设计结果和节能效果分析。与中原统图电动机相比,其运行电流平均降低45.2%,功率和功率因数平均提高4.53%和3.72%,电缆节能达68.3%。现场应用表明,新型节能潜油电动机具有降低电潜泵井系统能耗、节约电网容量、延长电潜泵机组使用寿命和检泵周期、减少作业与维修费用、增加油井产量等特点,其推广应用将对油田的增油降耗起重要作用。

Abstract:Zhongyuan new type energy-saving submersible motors are developed for solving such problems as large energy consumption and high lifting costs during the production of the electric pump wells. The technical basis, technical line and key points of the new motor are introduced, and the result of the optimization and the energy-saving effect are analyzed. Compared with that of the Zhongyuan Tongtu motor, The average working current of this new kind of motor could be reduced by 45.2%, the average power and power factor could be improved respectively by 4.53% and 3.72%, and the enegy dissipation of the cable could be lowered by 68.3%. Application shows that the new type of electric motor has such advantages as lowering the energy consumption of the pumping system, extending the service life of the ESP set, reducing the operation and maintenance cost and increasing the oil production of the ESP wells.
