丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯细颗粒湍流床的研究

摘    要:报道丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯细颗粒湍流流化床反应器及构件的设计和800小时的稳定性试验结果。稳定性试验证实:床层温度分布均匀,系统循环正常,操作方便,易于控制,丁二烯收率比挡板流化床提高6—7个单位。开发设计的三级外旋风分离器、下料管及气动阀分离、回收效果好,适宜于细颗粒湍流床丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯中试工艺开发过程,同时亦为工业放大提供设计参数

Abstract:Based on the baffled fluidized bed for converting butene to butadiene by oxidative dehydrogenation and reactivity characteristics of Fe catalyst,fine grain turbulent fluidized bed was studied and developed for the same reaction The results showed that the yield of butadiene was 6% 7% higher than that of the baffled fluidized bed reactor This paper describes the design of this process and the experiment of 800 hours long run
