| 摘 要： | 叙述了滤波盒零件的工艺分析及计算,介绍了零件工步排样图,设计了滤波盒落料-冲孔-拉深级进模具结构,实践证明了该模具结构紧凑,使用方便,产品质量稳定,明显提高了生产效率,从而显著降低零件成本。

| Abstract: | The stamping process of filter hut part was analyzed and calculated.The layout of the part was introduced.And a progressive die for the filter hut was designed with processes of blanking,punching and drawing.Pratice has proved that the die was compact in structure,convenient in operation,stable in product quality,efficient in production,and it could also reduce production cost evidently. |
