炭/炭复合材料机轮刹车盘磨削加工方案分析

摘    要:以炭/炭复合材料飞机机轮刹车盘为例,介绍了冼俄复合材料坯体的组成及机械特性、表面质量要求。根据该材料的特性和产品要求。制定了产品最终机加工磨削加工方案。同时,采用周边固定法。对工件的受力情况作了分析,对用此种固定法磨削加工的产品质量作了评价,结果表明,此种磨削工艺完全满足生产的要求。

Abstract:Taking airplane wheel brake disk that made with C/C composites as an example,the body component of C/C composites,mechanical properties as well as surface quality requirements were mainly introduced.According to properties of the material and requirements of the product,the grinding technique of final machining of product was established.At the same time,by adopting the periphery fastness method,the force loading of workpiece was analyzed and relative product quality was also evaluated.The results showed that,this grinding technique could entirely meet the requirements of machining of C/C composites.
