激光在线气体分析仪的应用

摘    要:针对传统流程工业中气体分析技术的一些不足,开发了激光气体分析仪系列产品,并在流程工业中获得应用,表现出明显的技术优势。介绍了可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)气体分析技术的原理,以及为提高检测灵敏度所采用的调制技术和相敏检测技术,与传统在线气体分析技术进行比较,最后以催化裂化、乙烯烧焦、过程微量水、天然气中Hzs等领域的气体检测为例说明了该技术在流程工业中的应用。

Abstract:Contrapose to the defects of traditional gas analysis technologies in process industry,a series of laser gas analyzers have been developed.The principle of gas analysis technology based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS),technologies of wavelength modulation and phase-sensitive detection for improving detection sensitivity are introduced.Comparison with traditional gas analysis technologies is conducted.Gas detection in catalytic cracking,tail gas detection in ethylene scorching,trace moisture in process and H2S in natural gas are presented to illustrate its applications in process industry.
